We get a lot of questions from students wondering if they can take the New Hampshire real estate course online and get their real estate license online.
We have good news: the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission's regulations do allow you to take the real estate license class online. You can read their regulations here. This means that approved New Hampshire real estate schools (that's us!) can offer the real estate classes to become a real estate agent online.
On thing to be aware of about online classes is that the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission requires that all online real estate classes be taught live online with an approved instructor on video. This means that on demand self-study real estate classes are not permitted in New Hampshire, and that all online classes must be in a live-streaming or webinar format. Students and instructors are both required to be present and on video during class. Because of this we offer a flexible online course where all of the topics for our online licensing classes are offered on a regular recurring schedule, so that you can work through the live classes at your own pace when you have time. That way you don't need to commit to any specific set schedule, and can take our license course part-time and fit it around your work schedule and other commitments.
So great news: You can get your NH real estate license online from the comfort of home. If you're wondering about how the whole licensing process works, here's the gist:
To get your New Hampshire real estate salesperson or broker's license you first must take the 40 hour real estate class at a NH approved school. You are then required to pass the New Hampshire real estate test. You can learn more about the whole process to get a New Hampshire real estate license here. After passing you can obtain your license and begin selling real estate. The entire process has to be completed in 6 months under New Hampshire's licensing regulation, which means it will take you at most 6 months to become a real estate agent in New Hampshire.
We're excited that New Hampshire has allowed real estate schools like us to offer the realty class online. Click here to learn more about our NH Real Estate Commission approved online New Hampshire real estate course. We look forward to seeing you online!
