In order to be eligible for New Hampshire reciprocity you need to be licensed in another state, and have passed the entire licensing exam in that state (both National and State portions). Effective August 1st, 2022 New Hampshire recognizes all state real estate licenses for reciprocity.
If you don't have a real estate license yet, you will need to take the 40 hour New Hampshire real estate licensing course to get your license. Good news: we offer the full licensing course online!
Before you can apply for licensing reciprocity you need to pass the New Hampshire state portion of the license test, which is administered by PSI Exams.
How do you study for the test? We've got you covered. Our non-credit New Hampshire study plan will get your ready for your reciprocal licensing test with 25 hours of access to our livestreaming online New Hampshire licensing course, our full course study guide, practice exams, and unlimited practice questions broken down by topic.
After your pass the New Hampshire state portion of the licensing test you will submit your application form within 6 months of passing the state portion of the exam, along with a check for $90 (or $110 if you're a broker) to the New Hampshire real estate commission.
Once the Commission reviews and approves your application, you're done. Congratulations: you've gotten your reciprocal real estate license in New Hampshire!

If you're going to take a real estate sales person class, this is 100% the class to take. I passed it in my first try without studying outside of class and I'd almost guarantee you'd pass if you study at all...take this class if you want to become a licensed real estate sales person."
