You do not have to commit to a fixed class schedule. Our live class webinars are scheduled monthly, and you can choose from our rotating schedule of live class modules without committing to one rigid schedule as you complete your course requirements.
Unfortunately no. New Hampshire licensing law requires that you take your online classes with a live instructor as webinars. This is a state mandated requirement for all state authorized pre-licensing courses in New Hampshire.
Our class topics are offered on a rotating basis, so missed modules will be scheduled again in the future. You can continue at your own pace and pick up the module the next time it is offered. Our online class schedules are posted monthly.
New Hampshire licensing law requires you to complete the course within six months. If you do not complete the course within six months, you will need to start over. Our different class plans have different time limits, so be sure to check the details of the plan you choose for your exact expiration date.
The National Association of REALTORS is a professional organization for real estate agents and does not issue licenses. There is no REALTOR's license specifically, and all REALTORS are licensed real estate agents. Our course satisfies the education requirement for getting your New Hampshire real estate license. Once you have your real estate license you can then join a local REALTOR association and become a REALTOR.
No. The license test is administered by PSI Exams on behalf of the State of New Hampshire. We only offer the course you are required to take in order to sit for the license test.
