We are currently seeking licensed real estate agents or those seeking to obtain their license to be leasing and sales agents in downtown Boston. We will train eager, motivated individuals who are willing to learn and work hard. Working in our neighborhood is a dream, so much fun and wonderful clients, properties, and perks... New agents start off doing rentals, we have a database of over 30,000 apartments throughout downtown Boston. We encourage new candidates to learn sales as we do over 20 million dollars in residential sales each year. We offer a very pleasant work environment and continual career training including a focus on growth and success. You will love the freedom, earnings, office and great location. This is a commission based position, first year agents with no experience earn between $65,000-$95,000, and subsequent years see exponential growth.
