Real Estate Agent Position At Homefront Realty:

We are looking for Part-Time and Full-Time Real Estate Agents for both MA and NH. We have offices in Bedford, NH and North Andover MA. A Real Estate License is required for this position. We provide Leads for every agent, we offer extremely competitive commission splits, low fees as well as provide all the tools you will need to succeed in the industry.

Real Estate Agent Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: • Communicate and interact with clients over phone, email, and social media • Network and seek referrals to increase you client roster • Advise clients on how to stage, market, and sell their home quickly for a good profit • Be available to show homes to clients and attend open houses • Get to know your clients and their home preferences • Contact leads provided to you by phone, email, and text messages

Our agents find themselves having a lot of flexibility when it comes to the position. Part time agents are welcome. We have support systems in place to help each other. If you have a home inspection scheduled while you’re at your day job, we have many agents ready to help you. We love working with new agents to the industry. We have a fantastic mentor and training program. We will walk you through each transaction for as long as you need help.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required • Familiarity with office software and phone systems • New Hampshire or Massachusetts Real Estate License
