We are hiring 4 residential agents to join our growing team. We are very particular in who we hire, unlike many of the chop-shop style agencies out there today. Previous experience in sales and customer service is always a plus, however, we will be training you in order to maximize the results. Prior experience is not necessary.

Once selected we take a very hands on approach to training to ensure your success. Penrose focuses on teaching you how to build your business the right way so you have long-term financial growth. Experienced agents are rewarded by our ability to provide leads and access our database of exclusive listings and participate in larger projects (development and business) as the come up.
