Leads: -We will provide you with 40 - 70 buyer and seller leads per month. -We cover the Metro Boston area, including Boston.

Coaching and Mentoring: -1 on 1 Coaching: Agents will receive weekly 1 on 1 - 30 minute coaching sessions (at minimum) from the Brokerage director. -Mentoring: Agents will be partnered with an experienced agent as their mentor. The agent will be allowed to shadow the mentor in the field. In addition, the mentor will help provide support through meetings, phone calls, and emails.

Training: -You will participate in in-depth onboarding and a training process. -New Agents will shadow one experienced agent conducting real estate activities.

Additional Benefits: -You get to work on a team, which has many benefits. -You will be provided with a company laptop and monitor. -You will participate in Team Calls every Tuesday. This includes each Agent providing an update about the previous week's wins and losses. -Paid DocuSign account -$100 bonus for every 5 Star Zillow Review. -Free headshot by a professional photographer at their studio. -We use Asana task management to roll out new listings.
