Responsibilities: We will help you complete and carry on all tasks: • Follow up with all client leads and requests in a timely manner • Build client database through networking, prospecting, and personal sphere of influence • Provide impeccable customer service • Network to build your business Qualifications: • A valid MA Real Estate License • Means of transportation • Technologically competent • Strong communication skills and customer service mindset • Self-sufficient • Self-motivated • Coachable • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule Compensation: • 100% commission based • Excellent commission splits The sky is the limit – we want to see you succeed!
