Nobee is on a mission to disrupt the real estate industry. By cutting out the middleman, we’re revolutionizing the rental market and providing a cheaper, faster, and easier rental experience for our customers.
Nobee does this by creating an entirely vertically integrated platform for real estate. Rather than taking a cut of the broker fee, we eliminate the broker fee altogether by using an Uber-model for our real estate agents where they can pick up showings whenever they want. This allows our customers to save thousands of dollars, instantly schedule showings, and trust that our agents have their best interest at heart as they get paid per showing, not to close a deal.
This role is an opportunity for ambitious newer agents to work full-time or part-time (with flexible hours) in order to do showings and make more money than they could relying on their own connections and ability to close deals.
Your role will be simple. All we need our agents to do is show apartments. You do not need to find new leads and or close deals. Before a showing you will grab the keys to the apartment and be on time. At the showing you will make customers and prospects feel comfortable, being committed to find the right place for them not trying to sell them a bad apartment in order close a deal. After the showing, you'll leave detailed notes for the next agent or our Admin and then you are not responsible for that lead anymore.
• According to the National Association of Realtors, almost 90% of agents quit within 5 years. The vast majority of new agents quit within their first year. Real Estate is hard and relying solely on closing applications for your income can be quite challenging. At Nobee you'll get paid $30 a showing and earn a reliable income while you build up your real estate skills. • At Nobee you get paid to show apartments. This means you will not be responsible for sourcing leads and closing applications/dealing with paperwork. This can save you a considerable amount of time. • If you work at Nobee you can have very flexible hours. You can easily work another job and pick up showings on the side when you're available. Or your Nobee agent role could serve as your full-time role. • You'll never have to come into our office unless you want to and we will never make you pay for a desk. • At Nobee we also have growth opportunities. Eventually, the more consistently you close apartments, the higher your flat fee will be per showing will be. You'll also have opportunities to enter into Sales if you can close more reliably.
• You’re organized, you’re on top of it, and know how to optimize your schedule. • You’re responsible, you’re an ethical person and good at keeping track of things. • You’re personable, you’re a person who gets along with others, that people enjoy spending time with, and can hold a conversation. • You’re adaptable. We’re a start-up. Things change very frequently around here. We need someone that’s flexible, willing to adapt and anticipate shifting priorities, and works well under pressure. • You’re professional, you come across as professional in nature yet still approachable. • You’re a hustler, all of our agents are hustlers. They like to make money, grind, and bang out showings. • You’re a problem-solver. Sometimes keys aren’t there. You’ll need to figure out how to problem solve. The show[ing] must go on! • You’re committed to learning and growing. You’ll learn a lot about real estate through this role and we’re looking for agents that are looking to continually get better and grow their skills. • You’re always on time for showings. This one is a deal-breaker. • You’re a positive person to be around and fairly active (climbing 6 flights of stairs in an old apartment should be easy for you, even if its uncommon). • You’re a good communicator and capable of leaving detailed notes.
• You must already have a real estate license or have only one or two weeks left in your certification process. • You must have a car or live in a densely populated neighborhood that you could get around in without a car (Fenway, North End, Seaport, etc.) • You need a working smartphone with a camera. • This is very much an in-person role as you’ll have to go to apartments in-person even if a showing is virtual. However, coming into our office in Newbury is more optional. • Experience previously as an agent or in the real estate environment is a plus but not required.

We pay all of our agents $30 for a 30-minute showing. Additionally, we respond well to hard workers. As we continue to grow as a company and you prove that you’re an invaluable agent, there will be salary growth opportunities.
Within the next few months, we expect there to be opportunities for our agents to do real estate sales for residential homes.
