Round Room is a small boutique office located in Coolidge Corner on Beacon Street in Brookline. The company's primary focus is leasing, sales and property management. Currently Round Room is looking to hire a Real Estate Agent.

Agents will focus primarily on helping clients find apartments to rent. Currently Round Room has over 1,000 apartments for rent and a large amount of clients looking for guidance from a Real Estate Professional. The company has more leads than the current staff can handle and is looking for a motivated individual to assist with showings and leasing. Round Room handles most of the paperwork and financials. Agents main responsibilities are advocating for their client and helping them find their new home.

All applicants are required to have a vehicle and an active Real Estate license. Applicants in the process of getting their Real Estate license will be considered. If the applicant does not have a license they are encouraged to inquire about the licensing process.

Agents will work in the office and from home. No sales experience is needed as thorough training will be provided. The most important skills an applicant can have are a strong work ethic, self motivation and critical thinking. Agents will be trained by an experienced Broker to do the job to the best of their ability. This is a commission based job which means the harder an individual works the higher their income will be. Most full time agents make a minimum of $50,000 a year and have the opportunity to make over $100,000.

Agents will be provided with a computer and desk in the office as well as business cards. Everything else that is needed to do the job will be provided as well. The only thing agents need is a car, license and desire to be successful.
