Maybe you saw a billboard with people smiling and embracing and it made you think of the good ole days when we took such warm expressions for granted. Maybe like me, the broker owner of the company, you call Craigslist ads until someone picks up and welcomes you in from the cold. The first question you may want to ask before where to go is why am I doing this in the first place?

All of these are amazing reasons to get into real estate but not every brokerage will offer these to you and the ones that do, will vary widely on where they are on the sliding scale. A Little Bit About Us….
We are a boutique company specializing in residential sales and rental brokerage. We do offer opportunities for commercial brokerage as well and foster a work environment that fits everyone’s why. We sponsor licensees fresh out of licensure exams, agents looking to make their first brokerage swap hoping to find a spark, to the seasoned veteran looking to deliver the highest level of customer service to their clients. Our virtual brokerage model fits seamlessly with the changed landscape of business and allows agents to work remotely but still have centralized access to an office and to the team. Commissions splits vary from 75% - 90%. The remote experience allows me as a broker to pass along those savings typically tied up in overhead to you the agent through commissions, tech, and so much more!
Our technology is ever evolving and stays on the cutting edge of what is new and most effective in the real estate industry. We are also proudly a REALTOR office where we hold ourselves to the Code of Ethics, a higher standard of accountability than what a licensee must abide by. We prioritize finding your niche and always promoting self care and personal growth not just professional. Our standing in the community along with our reputation amongst our clients and our peers is second to none and will allow you to grow your own business out of an already foundational pillar of real estate in Massachusetts.
I conclude this with coming back to the why. Why did you get your license in the first place? Why would you go with one brokerage over another?
