Boston Proper Real Estate is a full service real estate firm located at 49 Gloucester Street around the corner from the Prudential Center in Boston's Back Bay. We are currently expanding and seeking licensed real estate agents or those seeking to obtain their license to be leasing and sales agents in downtown Boston. We will train eager, motivated individuals who are willing to learn and work hard. New agents start off doing rentals, we have a database of over 30,000 apartments throughout downtown Boston. We encourage new candidates to learn sales as we do over 80 million dollars in residential sales each year. We offer a very pleasant work environment and continual career training including a focus on growth and success. Once you join us you will love the freedom, earnings, office and great location. 

This is a commission based position, first year agents with no experience earn between $50,000-$80,000, and subsequent years see exponential growth. We have many agents under 30 who have achieved great success by simply working within our system and making best use of their own individual skills. We train individuals for a successful career in real estate, nothing less.
