Getting Your Massachusetts Real Estate License Is As Easy As 1, 2, 3

Step 1: Take Our Real Estate Classes

The Board of Real Estate requires you to take Massachusetts real estate classes at a licensed MA real estate school (that's us!) before taking the real estate test. Our real estate license course covers everything you need to pass the test on your first try, using a combination of great instructors, small class sizes, our custom study guide, and lots of practice tests and review.

Step 2: Pass the Real Estate Test

Completing our 40 hour real estate pre-licensing course entitles you to sit for the Massachusetts real estate license test. The test is 120 questions long, and it covers everything you need to know to become a licensed real estate agent. Don't fret about passing: our pass rates are 15-20% higher than the State average, and our classes come with a Pass or Don't Pay Guarantee!

Step 3: Go Sell Some Real Estate!

When you pass the real estate licensing exam you'll get your real estate license on the spot! We'll help you find a job if you don't already have one lined up, and our in person and online classes include interview and job searching tips so that you can start your new career on the right foot!
